Staff

We have a highly motivated workforce who will ensure each service user is treated with Kindness, dignity and respect. Staff are trained in all aspects of care and are dedicated at providing person centred care in a warm and welcoming environment.

Independence

We feel it is important to promote choice and control for service users at the centre, they should be enabled to do as much as possible for themselves. Each individual is different, sometimes simple things, like making a cup of tea or putting a coat on for themselves, can be very important.
